Students in Sr. Wirzburger's Classes Explored Latin Food
Students examined the diverse culinary arts of Latin America. Each student researched indigenous foods to the Americas and witnessed the huge influence native cultures have on modern dishes. Students then organized a Salsa Day, making salsa and having a taste contest in class.
