APS Student Registration
Parents who are registering their children for the first time in Acton Public Schools (Grades K-6) and/or Acton-Boxborough Regional District (Grades 7-12) must provide the information listed below.
- Proof Residence: Purchase and sales agreement, copy of lease or electric bill.

- Proof of immunization

- Physical Examinations
A physical examination is required for any student entering the school districts.

- Current Individual Education Plan (for Special Education students)
