ABRSD:
- ABRHS gave out 468 awards and marked 48,607 hours of service at this year's Community Service Awards Ceremony.
- 12 A-B students won a total of 14 awards at this years Globe Scholastic Arts Competition.
- 2 AB juniors were named to Art All State at the Worcester Art Museum.
- There are 102 students from the graduating Class of 2005 who will recieve the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship in 2004.
- 89% of tenth graders scored in the "Proficient" and "Advanced" levels on the MCAS tests.
- We had 18 National Merits semi-finalists this year.
- 135 members of the class of 2004/2005 were named AP Scholars by the Collegeboard.
- Our science team took second place in the West Suburban Science League Competition.
- 14 AB students were accepted into the Northeast Senior District Music festival and 9 were accepted to the Massachusetts All-State Music Festival.
- The school's musical Anything Goes was presented and far exceeded any Broadway production.
- Our football team won its fourth consecutive Superbowl victory. It was the thirteenth consecutive league championship and broke the state's consecutive win-streak with forty-two games.
- Boys soccer won the Division 1 Championship.
- Field Hockey advanced to the Divisional Championship.
- Girls Swim and Dive Team were second in Sectionals and State Finals.
- Boys Basketball advanced to the North Division 1 Sectional Championship.
- Additional Winterleague Championships were also achieved in the following:

- Girls Gymnastics
- Girls Indoor Track
- Girls Basketball
- RJ Grey Junior High School created team Unity Flags as part of Blue and Gold Spirit Day.
- Students enjoyed the multi-cultural music of Tony Vacca during World Language Week.
- Students entertained young and old in this year's production of Suessical, the musical.

APS:
The elementary schools have wonderful programs which enrich students' learning experiences. To highlight just a few special events...
- The Third Annual Star Party for 4th grade families, the largest in Massachusetts, a collaborative effort of the schools, Acton PIP and the Amateur Telescope Markets of Boston.
- The Mock Town Meetings for fifth grade families, supported by the Acton Area League of Women Voters and a "Living Democracy" grant from teh Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- The theme at Conant has been to further develop respect as a core value by:
- Implementing Responsive Classroom strategies
- Celebrating diversity in events such as:
- Visits to the Chinese School
- The International Dinner
- The annual auction
- By learning more about other cultures through
- Staff development workshops
- Student cultural assemblies and all school meetings

- Celebration of the Japanese holiday, Ichiban

- Exploration India--through dance and cultural programs

- The fall social at the Acton Children's Museum was well attended
- Students in grades 3-6 met with illustrator Ralph Masiello
- Students in grades 1-2 met with illustrator Nancy Poydar
- Each illustrator gave students an insight into their craft and an opportunity to ask questions.
