Private School Application Process

This Private School Application Packet has been put together to assist you in the process of applying to private school(s). Please follow the procedures that are outlined in this packet carefully so that your application can be processed appropriately and all deadlines can be met.

Please download, read, and fill out the appropriate information. In you have any difficulty printing the forms, please contact Mrs. Spaulding, the Counseling Department Secretary. Then, please make an appointment with your Counselor to review the material and to answer any questions you may have.
